Can’t be beat in this pricerange
I bought these to replace Logitech audiobar USB speakers which cost more, and I have several other kinds in the house on 4 computers –these are far better.

Great Sound!
I was looking for some speakers to hook up to my laptop for my dorm room. I’m pretty picky about sound, and the laptop speakers just don’t cut it for me (or almost anyone).

You could buy a pair of speakers that cost less like I did but let me save you the trouble. The ones I bought from CA produced fair sound quality but it wasn’t good enough for me…

Good speaker upgrade with minor faults to consider
I purchased these JBL speakers to replace my iMac’s stock poor sounding speakers. The JBL’s do put out excellent sound quality for the most part.

These are great sounding speakers for moderate volume music listening. In my opinion you're better off w/o a subwoofer which only muddies up the sound and takes up space.
