Really pathetic customer service
I ordered for this product – color cherry. I received the speakers in black. I called their customer service and reordered my speakers only to find another pair of black speakers…

Amozon Just doesn’t get It
Well, the speakers are great…I ordered them in cheery and they were delivered in black but what the heck. This isn’t the first time the big A has screwed up a part number.
